Credibility assessments
A credibility assessment describes the evidence a business has provided and how far it has been verified at the date of the assessment. It is not a credit rating, an audit, a guarantee of creditworthiness or a prediction of performance, and it should not be the sole basis for a lending or investment decision.

Conflicts of interest
LAVAN Advisory works for clients. LAVAN Investments pursues returns from ownership. LAVAN Credibility assesses businesses. Where one business could be touched by more than one of these, LAVAN discloses that to the business and agrees how the conflict will be managed before work continues.
